Service Description

Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC provides a personal concierge firearm retail consulting service for customers. This service is a personal shopping experience, covering topics of firearm fit and function. We don't sell you a firearm. We arm you with the knowledge to purchase a firearm that will fit your defensive needs, without the pressure of purchasing a particular firearm brand, make, or model from a particular firearm retailer. The cost for the service is charged on a per hour basis. A separate invoice will be provided for time over the initial one hour booked time, with payment due within two days. We offer concierge pickup and drop off in Fountain Hills, AZ. We use Scorpios Omega Tactical in Fountain Hills, AZ, as our preferred firearm retailer. If you are interested in using a different retailer, please contact us for information on booking this service as travel time from Fountain Hills, AZ, to your preferred firearm retailer is an added charge.

Cancellation Policy

For Training Services and Events, all requests to reschedule or cancel with refund will be issued if request is made 48-hours prior to the scheduled event. To request rescheduling or cancellation/refund, email request to: info@VitruvianDefensiveSolutions.com.  Provide your name and the details of the event you paid for and scheduled. Requests for rescheduling is subject to availability of training events. If requesting a cancellation/refund within 48-hours of training event, a credit will be issued for a future training event. All no-shows are subject to no refund or credit. All reschedules/refunds/credits issued are subject to discretion of Vitruvian Defensive Solutions.  HEALTH AND SAFETY:  COVID-19: Vitruvian Defensive Solutions understands the complicated issues surrounding COVID-19. A credit for a future training event will be issued for anyone at any time, if the customer has any symptoms or has been exposed to anyone with symptoms or positively tested for COVID-19. A refund can be provided if requested 48-hours prior to the training event, in accordance with our training refund guidelines. If Vitruvian Defensive Solutions must cancel a training event due to COVID-19, customers will be contacted and given the option to reschedule to a future training event or be provided a refund.
